South West Winds and Speckled Trout - Mobile Bay

This was a late afternoon trip on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay in Daphne. It was an incoming tide and south west winds helped for a stronger tidal movement. My strategy today was to fish against the wind and tide around the structure and it paid off. I lost count of the trout but it was probably around 10 or so. I started off with the 4” Slam Shady which is my go to lurer but I was just not seeing enough contrast in the water so switch to the Biobait Slime Bug. The fish were scattered and I caught fish or got a bite at all the pilings.
